Auditing Loaded and empty
mileage record keeping for each individual car on all railroads.
Cross-checked between the reporting railroads, and the AAR. Reports are
used to accurately calculate Taxes for mileage traveled. Tax Preparation Tax Preparation for every state, and county (if applicable) that a railcar travels through. Maintenance Scheduling Scheduling and Maintaining the railcar fleet to our customers standards. Auditing and Approving all estimates from railcar repair facilities. Record Keeping of all repairs from both shops and railroads, with reports submitted monthly, quarterly, and annually. Submitting all required paper work to the AAR, FRA and all other agencies, to maintain and comply with all regulations. Railcar Tracing Railcar Tracing reports submitted daily to show current location, destination, load or empty status, last activity, and the railroad where last activity occurred.
